My Story

So on 7th April 2024 I run my first Marathon in Brighton.

That was the beginning of this story. I am so passionate about helping and raising as much money as possible and raising so much awareness for my charity that I think I've gone a little mad.

The only way to raise massive amounts of awareness is to do something slightly crazy or in the words of my daughter, crazier 🥰🥰

🐾🐾So in 2025, I shall be completing the even more mammoth task of............🐾🐾

This may seem crazy and impossible but if you know me you know I will do anything to help this charity and the dogs , you will know all the work I've done with them, you will know we, as a family, are welcoming Rupert from China, who will be adopted by us and was a victim of the meat trade.

The charity rescues dogs and cats from the horrendous meat trade, where dogs and cats are tortured and slaughtered for festivals and restaurants, they are tortured as they think doing that makes them taste better, it is illegal, however it is not enforced and in June every year they hold a massive festival (torture festival) where tens of thousands of dogs and puppies are victims every day, it happens all year round. It must stop.

We have around 700 rescue dogs in our shelters in China, we are a non-profit charity, we don't get paid, and we are all volunteers .

Every single penny helps, and every single penny goes towards helping these babies for food, medical supplies, medical treatment, blankets to keep them warm, and to rescue and rehome them.
