My Story

St Barnabas House has been providing hospice care for local people, and their families, for over 50 years. Patients are cared for in the comfort of their own homes or at the hospice, where they can get help managing their symptoms, as well as
practical, emotional and spiritual support to ensure they’re as comfortable as
possible and live life to the full.

Chestnut Tree House is the children's hospice for Sussex, Brighton and South East Hampshire caring for children and young adults aged 0-19. Allowing short lives to be lived to the fullest.
