My Story

I’ve chosen to support Mind because I believe mental health care should be accessible to everyone. As a passionate advocate, I’ve seen how understanding, resources, and kindness can transform lives. Mind’s incredible work not only helps those struggling but also challenges the stigma around mental health. With your support, I aim to make a meaningful impact.

This will also be my first marathon (the first of many!). Growing up, I loved running and athletics and wasn’t half bad, but over the years, life got in the way, and I fell out of the habit. Now, I’m determined to get back into it and stay consistent for the long haul.
